Test it before you pay
Espresso machines, scales, receipt printers, payment terminals — switched on right there in the hall. You do not need a returns policy for «turned out to be the wrong thing» if the wrong thing is obvious on the spot.
A wholesale hall for business and an online marketplace are the same place. You drive over, look at the goods with your own eyes, try them out and take them away the same day. The paperwork arrives on its own: a VAT invoice inside the state e-invoicing system and an entry in your books — not a receipt «for the file».
UmagShop Market is not a shop that buys everything up and resells it. It is a platform: suppliers put their goods on the shelf and get a listing in the online catalogue at the same time. We provide the space, the footfall, the documents and the payments.
For the buyer that means real choice inside a category: not «whatever the shop stocked», but several suppliers side by side with prices you can see at once. For the supplier — a shop window people walk up to, and a sale closed without a single call to an accountant.

Pull it off the shelf and drive away, or place the order and pull up at the collection bay — the pallet is already wrapped. An urgent need is closed the same day.
The VAT invoice goes into the state e-invoicing system at the moment of payment and lands in your books by itself. VAT credited, expense confirmed, nothing for the accountant to chase.
Corporate card, bank transfer, or an invoice with deferred payment. We take cash too — it simply stops being the only option.
Metro and Costco Business proved that businesses will drive over for goods themselves. But there the seller is one — the chain itself — and the purchase ends with a till receipt: it is connected to your accounting in no way at all. Online marketplaces solve choice, but not «needed today and needed in my hands». We join three things that have lived apart until now.
| What matters to a buyer | Wholesale market | Cash & Carry | Online marketplace | UmagShop Market |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Choice between suppliers | yes | no, a single seller | yes | yes |
| See and test the goods | yes | yes | no | yes, with a test area |
| Take it away today | yes | yes | no | yes |
| Invoice straight away | almost never | receipt, invoice separately | as agreed | at the moment of payment |
| Payment by bank transfer | rarely | yes | yes | yes, plus deferred terms |
| Lands in your books | by hand | by hand | by hand | by itself |
The last row is the one thing no hall in the world can offer: it works because the accounting system the purchase lands in is already ours.
Point the camera at a label and you see stock, the price for your category and the history: when you last bought this and at what price. Build the order at home in the evening, collect it in the morning. Order online from another city and it ships. It is one catalogue — it just happens to have an address you can drive to.
The first hall is in Tashkent, on a convenient approach road, with parking for lorries and a loading bay. After that — cities where business is already dense and buyers spend as much time driving as they do choosing.
Leave your number — we will call, give you the timeline and the terms. Write in the field below which side you are on: buying from the hall, or supplying to it.
