An infrastructure layer between the state, the bank and the businesses of Uzbekistan
Electronic document exchange in the country is mandatory and runs under continuous control: every VAT invoice is validated by the tax authority. That created a market where half a million organisations are required to perform the same operations every day — and do them by hand, across seven programs that know nothing of one another. We are building the layer that connects those programs, and putting an AI agent on top of it.
Half a million organisations that the law assigned identical daily work
Uzbekistan made the electronic VAT invoice mandatory in 2020 and operates a continuous transaction control model: a document becomes legally valid only after it is signed and validated on the state's side. There is no way around it — which is precisely why this market does not need creating, it needs serving better than the state portal does.
Market size at an average ticket of $400 a year
The average ticket is taken as a blend of the three tiers (250,000 / 500,000 / 1,000,000 UZS a month) at roughly 11,850 UZS to the dollar. It is deliberately conservative: it counts none of the eight other revenue lines — marketplace, warehouse, corporate deployment, the accounting-firm workspace and the rest.
Four forces converged on one point, and all four are recent
The state settled the question of whether this is optional
The electronic VAT invoice has been mandatory since 2020, and a document without an e-signature does not legally exist. Demand for automation does not need creating — regulation created it, and it grows with the number of organisations.
Open banking is arriving on a fixed date
Presidential Decree PP-359 requires an «Open Banking» system to be in place by 1 September 2026. Today not a single bank in the country has a public API. Whoever has a money ledger and payment-to-deal matching ready by then gets the data first.
Telegram is where business actually operates
25 million users in a country of 37 million. An entrepreneur does not have to install a new app, invent a password or learn anything — the product lives where they already spend the day. The cost of entry for a customer is close to zero.
Voice models finally became good enough
Two years ago a conversational interface to an accounting system was a demo, not a tool. Today it is a working loop with recognition, reasoning and operation calls — and we built the product so that every capability was reachable by voice from day one.
The product is not in a deck — it is in production and in use
This is not a prototype and not a pilot on paper. Below are the counters of the working database and the volume of code behind them.
Straight talk about the stage
The audience is early, and we say so plainly. There are 86 organisations in the system, 63 of which created documents in the last thirty days; 4,401 documents were created in that period. Part of the accumulated volume mirrors what businesses were already filing in the state system: we pull the full history so deals assemble across previous years. Today's constraint is not the speed of building new modules but bringing what is already built into regular use. That is exactly what determines the order of work and where investment goes.
What cannot be copied in a quarter
Nine revenue lines — and not one percent of anyone else's deal
We take no part in the payment between buyer and seller and take no commission on turnover. That is a deliberate decision: a business lets us near its documents and its money only once it is sure we are not after its margin. The platform earns on the work it does.
| Line | What we sell | To whom |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription | Access to the platform on three tiers | Everyone |
| Marketplace promotion | Product and video impressions to buyers | Sellers |
| Corporate deployment | A dedicated server rented or installed on the client's premises | Large companies |
| Warehouse and fulfilment | Storage, handling, same-day dispatch | Trade and importers |
| Service exchanges | Matching businesses with accountants and brokers | Both sides |
| Accounting firm workspace | A fee per client served | Outsourcers |
| Business activity certificate | A verified company history — released at the company's own decision | Anyone seeking credit |
| Deployment and partner network | Turnkey launch, training, integrator certification | Mid-market |
| iSMM | A sales loop inside social networks, plus ad management as a service | Sellers |
Different lines for different customers, and that is deliberate. Micro business pays only the subscription; a trading company adds promotion and the warehouse; a corporation buys a deployment; an importer buys customs clearance and goods handling; an accounting firm pays for its own clients. The platform grows with the customer rather than squeezing everything out of one tier. Three of the nine — the accounting firm workspace, the certificate and deployment — need no new large systems: they rest on what is already built and already in the database.
Where the product is heading
Ready to show the product live and open the data
A demonstration on a real organisation, access to data room materials, answers on metrics and architecture. We would rather show a working system than slides about one.
- A walk through production numbers: documents, money, retention, unit economics
- A live demo on a real operating company, not on a sandbox
- Data-room access after the first meeting
- We reply within one business day
