The problem

Nine programs to get through one working day

Take an ordinary trading company in Tashkent. To ship goods, collect the money and stay out of trouble with the tax office, its staff log into all of this in a single day.

Where they log in What for What it costs
DidoxIssue a VAT invoice, waybill, contract, act30–60 minutes per document, plus hunting for the goods classifier code in the state catalogue
E‑IMZOSign itNeeds a computer, a USB key and installed software. Office only
my.soliq.uzCollect tax office letters, export cash register receiptsManual login with the e-signature, downloading files one by one
Bank clientCheck whether the money has arrivedA separate login and a separate statement export
1C / MoySkladPost it into the booksRe-typing the same figures a third time
ExcelWork out what is actually going onAssembled by hand and out of date the moment it is saved
Phone«Has the payment from Artel come in?»Dozens of calls a day

None of these systems knows the others exist.
A human carries the data across — by hand, three times, with mistakes.

Deals that never close

Contract signed, goods shipped, act closed — and no payment. Nobody noticed, because nobody reconciles contracts against the bank statement. A year later it is a receivable no one will ever collect.

The owner is blind

A founder sees the business once a quarter, in a report written in terms they were never required to understand. By the time the dividend comes in smaller than expected, it is too late to investigate.

Panic at the moment of risk

A demand arrives from the tax office. The owner does not know how serious it is, who to turn to, what it should cost or whether they are being taken for a ride. The first outsourcing firm they call can name any number.

How it works

One brain, eighteen windows

The architectural decision everything else follows from. At the centre sits a capability registry: 67 operations the system knows how to perform on your business. Everything else is a window into it.

The button and the voice do the same thing

The voice agent does not call a separate, simplified branch of code — it calls the very same operations as the app screen, with the same checks on totals, VAT, classifier codes and access rights. It physically cannot fail in a way the interface would not.

Every new feature is instantly voice-enabled

We never write a capability twice. A section appears, a capability appears, and the voice already knows it. That is why each new module joins the assistant the same day rather than «sometime later».

The agent sees the whole business at once

«Can we ship to Artel on credit?» is simultaneously deal history, payment discipline, stock on hand, receivables and cash in the account. In any other system that is four programs and half a day of an accountant's time. Here it is one spoken question.

iHisobchi
Access

This is not a bot. It is a system with several ways in.

One account, one set of data, one set of rights. All that changes is the window you look through. Start in a browser on your computer and carry on from your phone — at the exact point where you stopped.

Separately, there are surfaces for your customers: a shop storefront, a printed QR code on the counter and an order link in a chat. They need neither an app nor an account — a person opens a page, places an order and receives a contract with an invoice.

What it looks like

The whole picture on the desk. The conversation in your hand.

The big screen shows the business entire: money, deals, what needs you today. The phone is for something else — asking a question and getting an answer without opening a single section.

One account, one set of data. The screen only decides what is more convenient this minute — seeing a table or asking out loud.

The main bet

You speak. The business works.

Not «voice input» and not «assistant commands». A manager — an AI that knows this company inside out and is spoken to the way you would speak to a competent operations director. And it does the work: it does not find the right menu item, it performs the operation in the system.

Live conversation Live

Reads in silence, changes only after showing you

Anything that only reads — balances, statuses, totals, reports — happens immediately. Anything that changes the world — signing, sending, accepting a document — is first shown to you as a card with exact figures.

The confirmation sentence is composed by the server, not the model

The detail trust rests on. When the assistant says «signing VAT invoice 145 for eighteen million to Artel», those words were assembled by our code from the operation that is about to execute. The model cannot say one thing and do another: it does not compose that line.

Your voice is not your ID

We deliberately never collect or compare voiceprints. A person is identified exactly as in the app — by the cryptographic signature of the session. A recorded or synthesised voice unlocks nothing.

Switched off in a second

The voice loop has its own switches: one for the voice itself, one for its right to perform actions, one for confirming without a tap. Any of them can be pulled instantly, with no new release.

A difference you can hear

This is not «recognise the speech, think, read the answer out»

That is how most voice assistants work: first wait for you to stop talking, then turn the recording into text, then send the text to a model, wait for its answer, and only then synthesise speech. Every step waits for the one before it — and seconds pass between your question and the first word of the reply, long enough for the conversation to die.

Speech travels as a stream, not as a file

Audio reaches the model continuously while you are still speaking. It does not need the end of your sentence to start understanding — it already understands. That is why the answer begins where an ordinary assistant is only finishing the recording.

You can interrupt it

It started answering the wrong thing — say so across it, and it stops and asks again. That is not a convenience detail: it is how conversation between people works, and it is exactly what the «record → text → answer» chain cannot have, because there is physically nothing to interrupt.

It does not narrate — it acts

While the conversation runs, the agent calls the same system operations the buttons do: it reads the bank statement, pulls up a deal, assembles a document. Voice here is not an interface laid over an answer — it is a working loop.

Why seconds decide this

A supplier calls the accountant and asks whether an invoice has been paid. The answer is needed now, in this minute — not after she opens the section, remembers the right filter, finds the counterparty and checks the period. An owner in a meeting wants the balance and the receivables — also now, not «I'll send it tonight». A conversation with a five-second pause stops being a conversation: the person hangs up and goes looking themselves. A live agent answers at the speed of speech — and that is why people keep using it rather than trying it once.

Things you can simply say
«What's going on with Artel?»
«Invoice them for the same laptops as last time, but at the new price»
«How much are we owed, and since when?»
«Anyone more than a month late — write to all of them»
«Any letters from the tax office? What do they want and by when?»
«What are we running out of in the warehouse?»

One more way in

Your business, inside Claude and ChatGPT

You already talk to an AI assistant — in a browser or in an app on your phone. Connect our connector and it stops being merely a conversationalist: it gains access to your business and can look at documents, money and deals — and prepare operations. This works today.

Connecting takes one pass
  1. Add the connectorIn Claude's or ChatGPT's settings — the connectors section, address mcp.ihisobchi.uz..
  2. Sign in with your own accountOur sign-in page opens. You give the password to us, not to the assistant — it neither sees nor stores it.
  3. Pick the organisationIf you have several companies, you say which one to open. Access is revoked in one tap, at any moment.
What you can ask right there in the chat
«Pull a quarterly summary and build me a table by counterparty»
«Compare supplier prices across my incoming invoices for six months — where am I overpaying»
«Prepare a VAT invoice for Artel on the terms of the last deal»

You stay where you already work

No need to open one more app and learn one more interface. The assistant you use every day simply starts knowing about your business.

Your data meets your context

In one conversation you can put our bank statement next to your price list, a partner's email and a spreadsheet you just pasted in. We are not trying to replace that work — we are giving it access to the facts.

The irreversible is still confirmed by you

The assistant may read freely. But signing, sending or accepting a document happens only after a card is put in front of you — the same gate as in the app. An external key does not sign on your behalf.

Under the hood this is the Model Context Protocol, an open standard by which AI clients connect to outside systems, with full OAuth 2.1 and dynamic client registration. The practical meaning is simpler: there is not yet a second service in the country you can attach your accounting to this way — and by the time such assistants sit on every accountant's desk, we are already there.

What's inside

Seventeen modules. One way in.

Each covers its own part of the business completely, and each knows how to talk to the other fourteen. Open any of them for the full breakdown: what it does, how it works inside and where it grows.

One day

The owner started none of these actions. They read the feed and nodded three times.

What a working day looks like when the system is running

Time runs down the left. Blue marks what the agent did on its own; gold marks the few moments where a human was needed.

Eight in the morning. Everything described below has already happened — the owner is only now opening his phone to see it.
08:12
Agent
The statement arrived overnight. 18,400,000 UZS landed from Artel Service. The agent found the contract the payment belongs to and pulled it into the deal.
08:13
Agent
Assembled the VAT invoice from the contract line items, filled in the classifier codes from the state catalogue, calculated VAT and put it up for signature.
08:41
You
You opened Telegram on the way to the office. Looked at the card: counterparty, total, VAT. Tapped «Sign» once. The document went out with its e-signature.
10:05
Agent
A supplier sent an incoming delivery note. Familiar counterparty, total within the usual range — accepted and posted, stock levels updated.
12:30
Agent
A letter arrived from the tax office. The agent opened it, explained it in plain words, named the response deadline and set a reminder three days out.
14:00
Agent
A buyer placed an order on the storefront. The order became a contract and an invoice by itself; the buyer got a payment link, you got a notification.
17:20
You
You asked out loud: «Who hasn't paid in over a month?» You got a list of four companies with amounts and dates. You said «write to all of them» — the letters went out.
19:00
Agent
The till closed the day. The summary arrived: revenue, receipt count, refunds, reconciliation against the card acquirer. One operation was flagged as odd — a large refund near the end of the shift.
19:01
You
You drilled that operation down to the receipt and the cashier. That is the one percent you are the owner for.

For the owner

Not an accountant's report and not an audit. Two minutes to know whether there is reason to dig deeper.

You take a pulse first — you do not start with a full examination

When a person feels that something is wrong, they do not begin with a full examination. First the pulse and the blood pressure: two minutes, and it is already clear whether this is worth worrying about and where to look next. A business works exactly the same way.

The feeling that «something does not add up» arrives on a Tuesday afternoon, between two phone calls. A full review means days of work, money and strangers inside your documents; nobody starts one over a hunch, and so nothing gets done at all. The pulse closes precisely that gap: one tap, and you see whether the business is healthy — before deciding whether to raise everything else.

The four readings a doctor uses to decide whether to send you for tests

A business has those readings too — nobody just puts them in one place. We did: rhythm, pressure, saturation and irregular beats. None of them is a metaphor; each is a concrete number out of your own documents and bank statement.

72 beats per minute
Rhythm
72 operations a day

How many documents and payments pass through the company in a day. The rhythm halved — something has stalled.

Pressure
47 days of runway

How many days the money lasts at the current burn. This is the figure people lie awake over.

Saturation
100% of turnover

The share of money movement that has a document behind it. Below a hundred, part of the turnover runs in the shadow of your own books.

Arrhythmia
1 irregular beat

Operations that fall outside the usual pattern. Not an accusation — a reason to look.

What one tap reads
  • Money. What came in and what went out, where exactly, and how many days it lasts at the current burn.
  • Debts. Who owes what and since when — and whether that figure has been growing for a third month.
  • Deals. What is closed, what is hanging, where the goods went and the money did not.
  • Documents. Whether every required document was issued against the movement of money — or whether some turnover is running in the shadow of your own books.
  • Stock, payroll, tax. What is running out, how disciplined the payments are, what share the payroll takes — measured against an industry norm rather than a universal one.
Who needs this most often

An owner of several companies

Re-checking every payment across three organisations is physically impossible. The pulse walks all of them and brings back only what stands out.

A founder who does not run operations

They see the business once a quarter, in a report written in a language they were never required to speak. Here it is in plain words, with not one accounting term.

An accountant before a talk with the owner

To arrive with the picture and a list of questions, rather than assembling them by hand from four exports the evening before.

What the answer looks like
Runway — 47 daysAt the current burn. A month ago it was 34 — this has improved.
Receivables have grown for a third month61.2 million across four counterparties. The oldest overdue is 74 days, and it has a signed act behind it.
Worth checking: a 4.2 million refund near the end of a shiftNot an accusation but a reason to look: refunds of that size at this outlet happen about once a quarter, and this is the fourth this month.
Documents behind the turnover are in placeFor the period there is not one movement of money without a VAT invoice.

The detector's rules are ordinary code with a comprehensible threshold, not a model's guess: a false accusation aimed at an accountant costs more than a missed finding. That is why the tone throughout is «check this», not «violation».

In the making

A marketplace you can walk into

UmagShop is going offline: a large hall where business goods from different suppliers stand side by side, where equipment can be switched on and tested, and where the purchase leaves with you the same day. The VAT invoice goes into the state e-invoicing system at the moment of payment and lands in your books — which no wholesale hall in the world does.

Торговый зал UmagShop Market
The first hall is in Tashkent. Project visualisation.

The difference

Things that exist nowhere else

Individual pieces of our system exist elsewhere: fifteen operators do e-document exchange, a dozen programs do bookkeeping, hundreds of agencies do promotion. But these things exist nowhere, because each of them needs documents, money and goods held inside one loop at the same time.

Legally binding bulk quotations

Send a commercial proposal to hundreds of counterparties in one action — legally binding, through the state e-document system, not as an email that can be quietly ignored.

A VAT invoice straight out of an ad

The buyer saw the ad on Instagram and left it holding a contract, an invoice and a paid order, without ever closing the app. Everyone has post schedulers, everyone has payment collection. Issuing an electronic VAT invoice out of an ad exists nowhere in the world, because every country's e-invoice is its own.

A business X-ray for the owner

A clear picture of the company with not one accounting term in it — plus a detector for the operations people hide from the owner: end-of-day payments, refunds of unusual size, new counterparties with strange amounts.

Signing around the clock with no computer switched on

Normally an e-signature needs a USB key and a desk. Here the key lives either in your desktop agent or in an isolated vault that our ordinary servers cannot decrypt. Sign from the car, from holiday, from another country.

A deal engine that assembles the chain itself

Contract, power of attorney, VAT invoice, waybill, act and the payment in the bank statement converge into a single deal with a state. The system shows whose move it is — yours or your partner's — and what is blocking the close.

An AI lawyer that cites Uzbek law

A claim or a statement of case is prepared inside the same system that already holds the documents for the matter: contract, act and statement drop into the text by themselves, and the legal ground is cited by article, not paraphrased.

Security

We are clear-eyed about it: you are letting the system near your passwords, your signing key, your money and your employees' personal data. So what follows is engineering, not promises.

Why you can trust this with your business

Trust in a system like this is not built on the sentence «we take security seriously». It is built on the fact that even full access to the contents of our database yields none of your passwords and none of your keys.

Encrypted before it hits the disk, not «a database with a password»

The e-document password, banking tokens, credentials for accounting systems, national ID and passport data, the contents of tax office letters — all of it sits as ciphertext (Fernet: AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256). Web login passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes and cannot be recovered.

The signing key lives in a sealed box

In round-the-clock signing mode the key is held in a sealed box (X25519 + HKDF-SHA256 + AES-256-GCM) — a construction our ordinary working servers cannot decrypt by design. Separate explicit consent, revoked with one tap.

The AI remembers nothing — and that gets verified

Zero data retention: the contents of a request are used to produce an answer and stay neither in the provider's logs nor in model training. But a setting can be switched off by accident — so a scheduled probe asks the provider directly and raises an alarm if the answer ever changes.

Arithmetic is done by code, not by a model

Totals, VAT and classifier codes are computed by ordinary deterministic code. The model physically cannot slot an invented number where arithmetic decides — and goods codes always come from the state catalogue, never from an AI's imagination.

Everyone sees only their own

Every database query is scoped to the organisation it was made on behalf of, and that isolation is covered by tests. HR data sits behind a separate lock: switching on the accounting section does not open it, because consent to bookkeeping is not consent to people's personal data.

Any feature can be killed in a second

Every loop has its own switch, pulled instantly and with no new release. Untrusted files are parsed in a sandbox with no network and no database access. Download links are single-use, live for seconds and burn on use.

Scale

The system in figures

Not estimates and not plans — counters from the live database on 24 August 2026.

137 617
documents have passed through the system
101 429
deals in the cycle engine
86,179 closed — 70%
119 539
incoming documents mirrored
59 354
bank operations parsed
206
tables in the working database
255 schema migrations
142
screens in the app
67
capabilities available to the AI
5 457
fiscal receipts from tills

Some of those documents mirror what the business was already filing in the state system: we pull the full history so that deals assemble across previous years, not only from the day of connection. This is the system's throughput, not solely work we created, and we prefer to say so plainly.

Pricing

The platform grows with the business

What separates the tiers is not a count of buttons but access to the heavy things: document volume, number of organisations and employees, how deep the AI goes, connections to outside systems and signing modes. We take no percentage of your deal — not in the marketplace and not in the documents.

The first 14 days: everything in Pro, free. No card and no payment — the trial starts on its own as soon as you connect a company.

Questions

What people ask most

How is this different from Didox?
Didox is the state e-document operator: a document travels through it to your counterparty and to the tax office. iHisobchi is the system that assembles that document, checks it and keeps it together with your money, stock and deals. We do not replace Didox, we use it: the signature goes there just the same, but you do not fill in a twenty-field form.
Do I need 1C or another accounting program?
No. If you have 1C we connect to it and exchange data; if you do not, the system works on its own. Plenty of companies kept their books in a notebook and Excel before us, and there is nothing to migrate from those.
What does it cost?
Light is 250,000 UZS a month, Pro is 500,000, Max is 1,000,000, and Ultra for large companies and accounting firms is priced individually. What separates the plans is not the number of buttons but access to the heavy things: document volume, number of organisations, depth of AI work, external systems and signing modes. We take no percentage of your deals, neither in documents nor in the marketplace. The first 14 days give you everything in Pro for free.
What if I do not have a digital signature?
An e-signature is required for any document in the state system — there is no way around it, with us or anywhere else. We help you obtain and connect one, and after that you can sign in four ways: from your phone, from the browser, through a desktop agent on an office computer, or in round-the-clock signing mode.
Does it suit sole traders and very small businesses?
Yes, the Light plan is built for one person: every document type and signing, a few documents a week, one organisation. A separate «Business from scratch» module walks you through registration if the business does not exist yet.
Where is my data kept and who can see it?
On our server, encrypted. Your Didox password, bank tokens, 1C and MoySklad credentials and employees' passport data are stored as ciphertext — full access to the contents of the database yields none of those secrets. In round-the-clock signing mode the signature key lives in a sealed box that an ordinary working server cannot open by construction. Requests to the AI run in zero-retention mode, and a scheduled probe checks that this is still true.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. The first 14 days give you everything in Pro for free, with no card and no payment — the trial starts on its own as soon as you connect a company. There is also a demo mode. After 14 days, choose a plan — all your data and documents are kept. A person should first see what the product does and only then pay.
What happens if Didox is unavailable?
Your work is not lost. What you entered goes into a local draft together with the reason for the failure, and a background worker writes to you when the portal is back and returns you exactly where you stopped. This is a mechanism, not a promise.
Free consultation

Leave your number — we will call and set you up

You do not have to figure it out alone. Leave a phone number and a specialist will call, look at your situation and configure the system around your business. The consultation is free and commits you to nothing.

  • We look at the documents you issue today and how long they take
  • We connect Didox, the e-signature, your bank and, if you have one, 1C or MoySklad
  • We show it on your own data, not on a demo account
  • And we say so honestly if our system is not what you need
