A marketplace with documents
UmagShop
A B2B platform where a business sells and buys at the same time. The shop lives on its own subdomain, can be promoted as a separate brand and optimised for search — and an order on the storefront becomes an ordinary iHisobchi deal that then lives by the general rules.

How it works
How an order becomes documents
1
The storefront
A shop on its own subdomain plus an address inside the catalogue. Your styling, your copy, your brand — promotable separately from the platform.
2
The order
The buyer places an order. Lifecycle: new → confirmed → contract → paid → shipped → closed, plus a separate quote-request branch.
3
Documents on their own
Contract and invoice are created automatically on your template and posted into the deal engine. The buyer does not then have to extract documents from the supplier — they are born out of the order.
4
The payment finds itself
A payment landing in the account finds its own order in the bank statement and closes the deal.
Capabilities
What this module does
A product is not a listing. That is guaranteed in code
Your stock and your purchase prices are private. A line reaches the storefront only through an explicit transfer, one at a time. The storefront price is never derived from the purchase price automatically, a «publish everything» button exists in neither the interface nor the API, and a dedicated test walks every public route and fails if a single private field leaks.
An AI consultant that cannot invent
«I need a pump for a dacha» and the buyer gets product cards. The model picks an identifier out of a catalogue snapshot rather than naming goods in words: an invented price has physically nowhere to land.
A card from a photograph
A shot of the packaging becomes a draft product card. Descriptions are written by AI as a proposal — a human publishes.
Moderation that presumes caution
Rules, then a language model, then photo checks. Any uncertainty yields «limited», not «approved».
A printable QR poster
An A4 sheet for the counter: the buyer scans it and lands directly in your shop.
A digest for the seller
A weekly shop summary with catch-up in quiet hours, automatic payment marking, and agent tools for statistics and drafts.

Where it grows
Where it grows
A 24/7 live stream with an AI host, where the order is placed inside the broadcast; short seller videos; connected delivery services instead of a hand-typed tracking number; payment inside the platform. Plenty of places do live selling — live selling that ends in a signed contract and an invoice exists nowhere.
Just say it
«How many orders?»
«What's selling best?»
«Write descriptions for these products»
«Add these lines to the shop»
