Deals

This module answers the question that ordinary bookkeeping solves by reconciling three systems by hand: which deals are open, and whose move is it. Contract, payment, power of attorney, VAT invoice, act and waybill converge into one chain with a computed state.

How it works

How the chain assembles

1
Collection
The engine parses everything the business has: outgoing and incoming documents, the bank statement, fiscal till receipts, storefront orders.
2
Tiered matching
A contract for a given amount looks for a payment of the same amount from the same tax number; a power of attorney looks for its invoice; a waybill looks for its delivery. Exact detail matches first, probabilistic scoring second.
3
A human decides the ambiguous
Unclear cases are ranked by AI, but a human confirms the link in one tap. That is a deliberate boundary: a wrongly glued deal distorts money, not merely the interface.
4
State and next move
Every deal has a computed state and a clear next action. The feed splits into «Needs you» and «Waiting on partner», and that split lives in the state machine, not in the styling of the card.

Capabilities

What this module does

Ten states instead of a thousand rows
Contract unsigned by the partner · no payment · partial payment · no power of attorney · power of attorney received, accept it · time to issue the invoice · invoice sent, partner silent · incoming contract awaiting your signature · time to send a power of attorney · incoming invoice awaiting signature. You see a dozen rows of «needs you», not a thousand rows of «everything open».
Act straight from the card
Sign an incoming contract, accept a power of attorney and issue an invoice from it with the line items pre-filled, create a power of attorney from a contract, generate a waybill after the invoice, remind the partner by push or letter.
A legally formed demand letter
A payment demand through the state e-document system with the contract's date and number, the amount and a reference to its clauses. From here there is a direct bridge to the AI lawyer if the matter heads towards a claim.
Re-verify a single deal
A deep reconciliation of one specific deal directly against Didox — for when you need a guarantee that the picture is correct, not merely fresh.
History is pulled in whole
Deals assemble not from the day you connected but across previous years: the system fetches the document history out of the state system and rebuilds the chains retroactively.

Where it grows

Where it grows

Towards the autonomous deal. A payment arrives, the agent finds the contract, produces and sends the VAT invoice and closes the cycle. It stops and asks only where the amount falls outside the usual range, the counterparty is new, or something does not add up.

Just say it
«What's still open?»
«Whose move is it on the Artel deal?»
«Show me everything we shipped and weren't paid for»
«Link this payment to this contract»
