For those who own it
Business pulse
A module for people who own a business rather than run it. One tap and the AI scans the whole system, producing a report that reads without preparation. The owner of several companies cannot personally re-check every payment. The pulse does it for them.

How it works
What one tap scans
1
Money
What came in, what went out, where exactly, net cash flow and the «runway» — how many days the money lasts at the current burn.
2
Sales and deals
What was sold, to whom, at what price, and the trend. What is closed, what is hanging, where you shipped and were not paid.
3
Debts and documents
Who owes what and since when. Whether every required document was issued against the movement of money.
4
Stock, payroll, tax
What is left, what moves faster, where the zeroes are. Payment discipline and the payroll share of costs — measured against industry norms, not universal ones.
Capabilities
What this module does
Duplicate payment
The same tax number, the same amount, twice within a few days. An operator pressed «send» twice — that is recoverable money nobody else would remember.
A run of round numbers
Several transfers of exactly one million to the same counterparty over two weeks. Round figures rarely coincide with a real invoice line.
A large transfer to an individual with no purpose stated
A big sum to a personal ID with an empty or meaningless payment purpose. For a bank and for the tax authority that is a first-category red flag.
Possible structuring
Many payments just below a threshold to one recipient within a week, together adding up to a large transaction — looking like an attempt to sidestep a limit or a documentation duty.
Turnover without documents
The money moved, the VAT invoice does not exist. With a time buffer, so a fresh advance is not accused for nothing.
Where it grows
Why the rules are deterministic rather than AI
A false accusation aimed at an accountant costs more than a missed finding. So every rule is ordinary code with a comprehensible threshold, and the tone throughout is «check this», not «violation». The Uzbek tax authority already screens businesses automatically against 59 risk criteria — better to see the problem in your own house first than to receive a demand.
Just say it
«How is the company doing?»
«What needs attention?»
«How many days will the money last?»
«Who owes us, and since when?»
