The seller lends, not us
Instalments
We are not a lender: the money and the risk stay with the seller. We provide the bookkeeping, the documents and the discipline — the things a notebook and a spreadsheet, on which this business is usually run, do not provide.

How it works
How an agreement is run
1
The customer, from a document
A passport or ID card is recognised from a photo, deduplication runs on the national ID, and personal data is encrypted under its own key class.
2
The schedule
Schedule, mark-up and payment allocation are pure deterministic decimal arithmetic — with none of the rounding errors that accumulate towards the end of a term.
3
Payments
A payment is recorded with correct allocation between principal and mark-up. Restructuring, cancellation and return — the full lifecycle.
4
Reminders that do not embarrass anyone
A cadence of three days before, on the day, and one, three and seven days after — with a mandatory «have they already paid?» check before every send.
Capabilities
What this module does
A customer portal on a link
The customer sees their schedule and outstanding balance through a public link — no app and no registration. Fewer calls to the seller.
Portfolio and collection rate
Analytics by days-past-due buckets and collection percentage — a picture a seller with a notebook simply does not have.
Penalties, claims and court
Penalty accrual, a pre-court claim and a bundle of documents for court — through the same AI lawyer.
Moving off the notebook
Import of existing books from XLSX or CSV. Seller shifts with opening, closing and cash reconciliation.
Where it grows
A separate policy for personal data
Buyers' passport details are the most sensitive class of information in the system. It has its own retention period, its own deletion rule and its own encryption prefix, so those records cannot be confused with any other.
Just say it
«Who has missed a payment?»
«How much are we owed on instalments?»
