The system already sees the problem
The deal engine shows: contract signed, goods shipped, act closed, no payment for forty days. There is nothing to search for and nothing to prove — the facts are already assembled.

The demand letter
The first step is gentle: a legally formed payment demand through the state e-document system, with the contract's date and number, the amount and a reference to its clauses.

The claim
If they stay silent — a pre-court claim with penalty interest calculated on the terms of your own contract and a citation of specific articles, not a paraphrase of the law.

The court bundle
A statement of case with the documents already in the system attached: contract, VAT invoice, act, bank statement and the e-document correspondence with its delivery marks.
