«I want to open an LLC with a partner, building materials, an office in Tashkent.» From there the system asks only what it does not know: founders' shares, the size of the charter capital, who the director is, which activities to register.

The choice of form is explained, not assigned
Sole trader or limited company means different taxes, different liability and a different threshold. The system shows the difference on your own numbers instead of sending you to read the law.

Charter, minutes of the founders' meeting (or a sole participant's decision), the application, the order appointing the director — finished, with your data and under the Civil Code, not from someone else's template found online.

The documents are not «approximate»
The charter is not a downloaded sample but a text for your structure: number of founders, shares, exit procedure, the director's powers. The AI lawyer assembles it from statute, not from somebody else's file.
A mistake at the start costs months
A wrongly chosen activity code, the wrong tax regime, a missing clause in the charter — all of it surfaces later and is fixed through amendments, not with one tap. Checking on the way in is cheaper than correcting afterwards.

We are entering those talks because the second half of the road is already built on our side: the documents, the signature and the first working day after registration.
