Stock & goods

Today stock in the system is a ledger: it knows what is lying in your warehouse and how much. Tomorrow it is our own AI-run warehouse where a business physically places its goods, and we take them in, sort them, create the product cards, label them and dispatch anywhere in Uzbekistan.

How it works

What works today

1
Catalogue and warehouses
A product card with price, unit of measure, VAT rate, classifier code, photo and barcode. Several warehouses per organisation, with archiving.
2
Documents move the stock
An accepted incoming VAT invoice moves the balances automatically — reliably and with protection against double application. No need to key the receipt in a second time.
3
Stocktaking from a phone
A recount session with barcode scanning straight from the camera. Price list import from Excel or CSV, and from an ordinary photo of a price list.
4
The «running low» hint
A push when a line approaches zero — before the customer with nothing to ship tells you about it.

Capabilities

What this module does

Classifier codes: a mistake here costs money
Every item on a VAT invoice must carry a state classifier code; a wrong code is a fine under article 223 of the Tax Code. The pipeline runs in five phases: catalogue search, matching, verification, canonical name substitution and a per-organisation cache.
The category name always comes from the catalogue
An iron rule: before any code goes to Didox it passes through forced substitution of the official name. The AI helps find the code but has no right to name it.
A suggestion queue
A background pipeline works through the catalogue and proposes codes in batches. The principle never changes: the AI proposes, a human publishes.
Product labelling
Storage of the labelling codes received for goods that require them.

Where it grows

A smart warehouse and fulfilment

We take a large warehouse and make it smart: accounting, placement, picking and dispatch are run by an AI agent on the same data that already lives in the system. The client brings the goods — or they arrive straight from customs clearance — and from there we take in the delivery and reconcile it against the documents, unpack and sort by batch and expiry, create cards with photos, descriptions and classifier codes, apply labelling, pick the orders and hand them to the carrier. The speed target is same-day anywhere in Uzbekistan. And you can sell anywhere: the goods sit with us, but the channel is yours — the marketplace, your own site, Instagram or a phone call. The logic is simple: a warehouse is the one place where physical goods meet documents, and we already have the documents. An ordinary fulfilment operator works with boxes; we work with deals.
