One feed for every company

Multi-company & roles

An entrepreneur rarely has exactly one company: a sole trader plus a limited company, a franchise, a partnership, a separate legal entity for imports. The multi-company model was built for exactly that — one event feed, one way in, one picture of the world.

How it works

What it changes in practice

1
Switching in every window at once
Change the active company and it changes in the bot, in the app and in the voice assistant. You need not remember where you currently are.
2
Everything kept separate
Each organisation has its own documents, counterparties, templates, numbering, bank and signing key. They cannot mix.
3
One shared feed
A letter from the tax office about the third company arrives in the same Telegram as everything else. Nobody has to log into three portals with three keys.
4
Staff roles
Owner, administrator, accountant, viewer. Role management inside the state e-document system works separately and independently — they are different things and easily confused.

Capabilities

What this module does

Notifications with quiet hours
Configurable by event type; the feed survives being offline and catches up on what was missed. Live updates in the app arrive as a stream rather than on a refresh button.
A working group chat
Files and receipts dropped into a Telegram work group are processed and answered with a finished register in the same chat.
An action log
Who did what, available in the interface. AI actions go into a separate register with no personal data.
Appearance
Light and dark schemes, several visual families, Russian and Uzbek — across every surface.

Where it grows

Where it grows

Towards a multi-client workspace for accounting firms: one firm running forty companies in a single window, billed per client served. The «all organisations at once» context model is already designed into the core — what remains is the operator interface and the billing.
